1. Program Description
Bild Media, a division of NFC Media LLC (“Bild Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates an SMS messaging program (the “Program”) for individuals who request information about our manufactured housing marketing services.
When you submit a form on bildmedia.io and affirmatively consent to receive text messages, you may receive automated and conversational SMS messages from us regarding your inquiry. These include follow-up messages about your request, scheduling assistance for a discovery call, and information about our marketing, advertising, website, and CRM services for the manufactured housing industry.
2. Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our form, you give Bild Media your express written consent to send you automated text messages at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to submit a form, request information, or purchase any product or service from Bild Media.
You must be at least 18 years of age and the authorized subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to 6 messages per month.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Bild Media does not charge for the Program, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates apply to every message sent and received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
5. Opting Out (STOP)
You may cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from that program.
You may also revoke consent by any other reasonable means, including replying with words such as UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or REVOKE, by emailing david@bildmedia.io, or by calling (970) 436-5822. We honor all opt-out requests within 10 business days.
If you opt out and later wish to rejoin, submit a new form on bildmedia.io with SMS consent, or text START to the number you previously received messages from.

7. Supported Carriers
The Program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and their affiliates and MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier participation may change without notice.
8. Delivery and Availability
Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is outside our control. Messages may not be delivered if your device is out of range, powered off, or otherwise unavailable. We are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
9. Privacy
Your mobile number and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
